1. Statuses

    1.1. “Administrator” — A forum moderator with extended powers, a representative of the administration who monitors the work of all participants and the development of the forum.


2. General provisions

    2.1. Technical support for the forum's operation is provided by the forum administration. The order and control over compliance with these Rules on the forum is carried out by forum participants: moderators, super moderators, and administrators, who, in accordance with their powers, can edit or delete messages, close topics, issue warnings to participants, temporarily deprive them of the right to post messages, block a participant's account, etc.


    2.2. The forum operates in post-moderation mode, which is characterized by the instant publication of participants' messages and their subsequent moderation after a certain period of time. In this regard, the forum may contain messages that are not acceptable from the point of view of the administration and the forum Rules.


    2.3. All posts on the forum reflect solely the personal opinions of their authors. The forum administration does not verify the accuracy of the information in the posts, does not provide any guarantees regarding them, and is not responsible for their content. However, this does not mean that the Administration supports or approves of this information.


    2.4. These rules are binding on all participants and the forum administration. These rules may be supplemented by internal rules for individual sections of the forum.


3. Terms and conditions for creating topics and posts, posting other informational materials (photos, videos)

    3.1. Posting links to other websites in messages is only permitted if they are informative in nature. All advertising links will be deleted and the author may be penalized for violations at the moderator's discretion.
    It is prohibited to provide links in response to a forum participant's question that already contain the answer. All answers must be provided within the forum.


    3.2. When creating posts, you should stick to the topic of the post. The title of the topic should reflect the essence of the issue under discussion. Try not to respond to posts that are not relevant to the topic. All posts that are not relevant to the topic may be deleted by the moderator or moved to other topics. Excessive quoting is prohibited. Leave only the lines with the words or questions you intend to answer.


    3.3. The use of formatting that increases the original font size of the signature or changes its style to bold is prohibited. It is recommended not to include more than two links in the signature. Signatures that violate the rules may be deleted by the moderator without notice.


    3.4. Links in the Profile are prohibited.


    3.5. The title of the topic must briefly describe the essence of the question. This will help you get help faster and save moderators time on correcting your topic titles.


    3.6. Before creating a new topic, use the search function to check whether a similar topic has been created before.


4. Restrictions and prohibitions

    4.1. It is prohibited to create messages containing:

    knowingly false information;

    rude, obscene expressions, both explicit and implicit, as well as statements that may demean or insult groups of people or individuals;

    information that unjustifiably discredits any person (legal or natural); any statements aimed at demeaning the dignity of the interlocutor, provoking inappropriate actions. Such messages also include implicit hints. The moderator has the right to punish such a person by depriving them of the opportunity to communicate on the forum for at least 24 hours without consulting the forum administration.

    manifestations of religious, racial, sexual, national, and other intolerance or discrimination;

    unauthorized advertising in any form. Unauthorized placement of advertisements, offers of services, including in private correspondence, is prohibited and subject to removal, and the user's account may be blocked at the moderator's discretion.

    Duplication of topics and messages is prohibited.


5. Liability for violation of the Rules
    In case of systematic violations, the Participant may be permanently blocked by decision of the moderator without consultation with the forum Administration.
